Don't recommend health products and diet pills, I just want to know what are some good foods to eat on a daily basis.

find daily calorie intake calculator, enter your stats and find maintenance intake- take off 400-600cal and you will lose eating that much a day.
use fitday.com to track your intake
eat 5-6 small meals a day -make healthy food choices - complex carbs, lean protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber (5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day) etc.
cardio is the only fat burning exercise, 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week
at least 8 glasses of water a day
no candy, junk/fast food, fried food, nothing made out of white flower, no processed foods, no sodas

Eat a balanced diet & limit your fat and sugar intake. If you're not sure about how much of what to eat check out the food pyramid , it a good place to start. One other thing might be to cut out processed foods (i.e. snack cakes), they contain a lot of preservatives. Instead, try an apple or some baby carrots as a snack. Not only will you keep a healthier weight, you'll also feel better & have more energy. But if you intend to maintain a healthy lifestyle I suggest you exercise as well as eat right.

hi there in a question you asked earlier u said you felt you wanted to gain some weight to work it into mussel ,so i would think a good diet of fresh fruit and vegetables, past ,rice, red meat, nuts milk, cheese ,muesli , easy to make dishes that would be quick easy and all in ones are your stir Fry's you have some many veggies you can use and the same with the meat,it can be beef, chicken, fish ,or other sea food then you have your pasta dishes like spaghetti and meat sauce why not get some recipes from friends or here on the net where you will get endless ones and see what you like and what you can afford really it doest coast a arm & a leg to eat healthy :-)

Start one step at a time - take breakfast. STart your day with a good breakfast every day until it becomes a habit. Examples are whole grain cereal with berries, or Oatmeal, or 2 eggs w/wheat toast, or a smoothie or protein shake. You can add in extras to the shake, like fresh berries or omega 3 oils. Then when that feels like a habit, try changing your lunch selections...on and on until you feel like you're in a healthy place.
