After much research, I have decided to look more into the Navy. I would like some opinions or in-sight from different people in the Navy. Let me hear your good, bad, and fun experiences.

No bad-mouthing please. :)

This may be outside the realm of your question, but make sure you write down all the questions you have for the recruiter so you remember everything and waste neither your time, nor theirs.

Good luck to you in all you endeavors.

It is great that you are seriously considering a career in the service of your country. I don't know much about the navy as we are army people , but I do caution you to listen carefully to what the recruiter says to you. Do not sign anything while you are there tomorrow. Give yourself at least a week to think and talk over what you have been told . When and if you do decide this is the right path for you, take a trusted parent or friend with you and read every word of the written contract. Do not sign until you are crystal clear about what you are signing . Remember whatever the recruiter says is not so, unless you have it in writing on the contract. This is a big step and one that should be given proper thought and careful consideration. Because once you have signed on the dotted line, you are the navy's property and it will be too late to change your mind. Best of luck.

Married a Navy man and had Navy dad.
Both loved time in the Navy and would not have done
it different. Travel, learning.
I went out with a man who wrote me great letters he was
an officer and loved the Navy. I think there is an oppurtunity for growth and personal growth as well.
God Bless you during this time with the war going on.
Good Luck.
