For the moment, I'm holding constant all of the various requirements to get into heaven, depending on the various denominations.

Would atheists feel cheated for having to share eternity with people they expected to be rid of? If heaven works like that, it'd suck for everyone.

It'd be hell, all over again.

If they're devoutly religious they'd probably be like, "OKAY GOD UR THE BOSS MAN LOL."

If I were them and I was in Heaven, I wouldn't be worried about crap like that. Would any one be? Heaven is a place where people go to be happy, not b itch.

Why would God deny Atheists?

I think souls may deny God one day at death-and never cross over-but God keeps the doors open at all times. I hope all people are in heaven.

No one gets into heaven on merit. Christians will be in heaven with God because of their trust and faith in Jesus Christ and as a christian I pray everyone will come to know God.

I would, but not when it comes to athiests...I would be offended having to share with BAD people. This is something I think about all the time.

But then I remember God's compassion and forgiveness and wonder exactly how far that goes.

Does this include child rapists? Murderers? Etc.

Well I guess it might be a problem if the Atheists mentioned were real jerks, but I certainly hope the devoutely religious would be above that.

I doubt that my soul would have the capacity to comprehend the concept of being "cheated" at that particular moment. I'll be too overwhelmed with what I am experiencing for myself.

For the record it would please me to no end to find out that I am wrong and that all people get into heaven... I just can't correlate that with scripture.

He is. No one merits salvation. The only requirement is that we believe and attempt our best to follow Christ. It is that simple. We do not have to be perfect or even close. We only need to do the best that we are able.

Not at all , but unfortunately many people who claim they believe in God claim God is love and love allows everything to go unpunished.

Faulty Logic.
