i got caught up cleaning my room and it is midnight. i have to get up at 6:15 tommarrow. will i have enough time to be awake all day tommarrow?

As long as you got enough sleep last night, you'll be fine for one day on 4-5 hours. If you went TWO days on 4-5 hours, then you would be tired.

Everybody needs a different amount of sleep as an adult. I like 9 hours, but my husband is fine with 5 hours.

As a growing kid, you should always get AT LEAST 8 hours. In fact, you probably know exactly how many hours you require to feel good. Always remember for life: LISTEN TO YOUR BODY about everything.

Anyway, you'll be fine tomorrow. Now drink some warm milk and get to bed!! lol :)

8 hours is a healthy amount of sleep, but one night with just 6 won't hurt you, especially if you usually get a good night's sleep. You'll be fine :) Just remember to eat a really good breakfast to give you a boost in the morning.

You are young, so getting that little sleep once in a while won't hurt you. Drink something with caffeine in it, like an energy drink, but don't drink more than one. Get to bed earlier than usual tomorrow.

No. You need at least 8 hours sleep a night, or rather, your body does, if you want to stay well and healthy.
