CONTACT YOUR REGISTRARS OFFICE AND SEEK WHERE YOU WANT TO GO TO SCHOOL.IN ALABAMA, WE HAVE A FOREIGN EXCHANGE PROGRAM. GO TO GSCC (GADSDEN STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE) AND SCROLL DOWN TO FIND WHAT YOU WANT--NO ADOPTIONS NEEDED.

Go through legal institutions like the exchange student program. I wish I didn't have to say this, but if someone personally contacts you and offers you a place to live, the chances are extremely high that the person is a criminal and/or pervert. I teach English as a second language and I'm always happy to see kids from other countries studying here, but I also know that they can be vulnerable in many different ways. Good luck. I hope you find what you're looking for.
