Let's say you go to school together so you see each other all the time.
When you see each other, you talk for a long time, like even up to an hour. Both people seem to mutually enjoy talking. Lets even say you have each other's number, but neither person calls the other. You smile (on the inside and the outside) when you see them and they do you the same way. They can't pass you without making a comment and vice versa. They make general comments about watching a movie or grabbing a bite to eat, but as I said, neither person calls the other or ever acts on getting together.
What does all of this mean?

Sounds like both could be very interested in the other...but could possibly be too shy to make the first move...So....if this is you....then you need to make the move....who know where it will lead...if not....then just sit there and ponder about it forever...Good Luck....

Being an old fart and having experienced this type of stuff myself, and then watching my three girls go thru it I have come to the conclusion that some of this stuff is just the result of confused roles and fear of each other not living up to what is many times unrealistic expectations. First, guys nowadays wonder if it is up to them to make the first "move". We tend to be wimps anyway, but cultural cues have made it even worse. I think guys think now that we don't have to step up and risk rejection, cuz the girl can just as well ask us. Next, guys and gals are so "he's hot" oriented, that when it comes to taking the next step with a person, doubt creeps in that we don't qualify as a hottie and therefore don't have a chance. Remedy, just ask the person if they are ever going to pay up on that movie, or u owe me a dinner for the hassles u give me.

It means that both people like each other but both are too "shy" to make the first move - like ask for a date! Of course, you didn't say how old these people were. If they are in high school, then, maybe they should go on a date. If they are in younger grades then they are too young to date. Maybe they should agree to attend a school dance or basketball or football game. Then, sit next to each other and see how they like each other.

HONESTLY IT JUST MEANS THAT IT WAS SPUR OF THE MOMENT. THE CONVO WAS APPRECIATED BUT IT WAS A TEMPRORARY ESCAPE FROM REGULAR LIFE..IF EITHER DIDNT CALL THEN THEY ARE EITHER WAITING ON THE OTHER CUZ THEY ARE TOO SHY OR THEY JUS LIKED THE CONVO AND THATS ABOUT IT....
