They always have to be told exactly how wonderful they are, b/c usually they are THAT insecure.
They always have to look good, even at someone else's expense, b/c they think they are worth it.
It's pretty much someone who needs all the attention, in whatever form it can take, all the time.

1. Can't leave the house without being dressed to impress
2. Needs the latests trends and fashions
3. Is picky when it comes to food/what movie to see/etc...

7. Isn't very considerate of others
8. Will only date certain types of men

Things like that! Now, there are exceptions to everything and I'm not saying that anytime someone does one of these things, they are high maintenance. Just observations!

I read about this in a style magazine. It's really NOT about the clothes or jewelry. It's about the impositions she makes on others. The high maintenance woman expects the best table in the restauraunt with her favorite waiter. She expects that waiter to already know what temerature she likes her wine. She also expects to never wait in a line for any reason. She expects fresh flowers from the hotel owner in her suite when she checks into a five star hotel. When she steps out of the shower, she expects warm, scented towels to be waiting for her. That sort of thing.

There are many women walkiung around with a Coach or LV purse on their arm, thinking that akes them high maintenance. NOT!! It's all about her actions.

Women that are high maintenance usually a perfectly manicured, have very nice clothing, expect to be taken to nice places, and expect to be treated very special at all times.
