I have an appointment this week to go to the dr but heres whats been happening...

I have chest pains into my stomach on and off, esp in my leftside

Last year during my regular physical my doctor showed concern over a strong pulse in my stomach and sent me for an ultrasound to check for an aortic aneurysm. They told me it was a bit larger than it should be but to get it checked occasionally.

Do these symptoms match up with something having to do with this?? I dont really wanna bring it up if theyre gonna just run a bunch of tests if it doesnt seem relative because I dont have insurance. what do u think??
like yesterday it kinda hurt and i was laughing at something really funny and then the pain got really intense

An AAA is very serious so don't take it lightly. If they want to run tests, let them. Here is some info: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000162.htm

you should definitely ask the doctor and get the tests.

i hope it's not too much money though. that makes me sad that you have to choose whether to get the tests or not. this is so un related but... i just watched the michael moore movie sicko last night and it really made me sad because i am Canadian and couldn't imagine not being able to go to the doctor because i couldn't afford it. i hope you get the test, sorry to rant. :)
