Look at the new 2008 Nissan Altima hybrid. I own a 2005 Altima, and it's a great car. The hybrid will be even better.

Go check out Consumer Reports and some other reviews.
The Aura is great, but I would still say the Milan.
Its the pseudo-luxury version of the Ford Fusion.
The Fusion is actually just a Mazda 6 that is less sporty and more refined. The Milan and its sister cars have been out a bit longer and theyve worked out more of the bugs at this point as well.

The Saturn Aura is just like the new Chevy Malibu. It actually has great ratings for a GM vehicle, and is supposed to help turn the comany around!
Although it would be a good choice, I still personally recommend the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry over these choices.
Good Luck

definatley the milan. If you live in a snow climate by all means order with all wheel drive. I have a milan all wheel drive and i really like it. Rides great, Looks good. Finally the all wheel drive gets great traction in the snow here in Illinois.

I agree with your husband. The aura looks nicer!! More sophisticated and expensive LOL...but really it's up to you. test drive both of'em and see which one u like better. it's your decision since you'll be mainly driving it anyway :p

Test drive both. Be sure to get in the back seat and get a feel for how your passengers will like it. Which car has the better features, gas mileages, maintenance or over-all appeal. You have to love it completely, not him

Apart from your own personal preference (and that's important),
I think I'd make a decision based on length of warrenty and projected resale value.
