I have had nausea that comes and goes...may come for a few days...leave for a few days...and then come back again. I have also had tenderness and a dull aching feeling in my upper right abdomen that also comes and goes and does not always correlate with the nausea. Sometimes, I don't feel the aching for a week or more and then it comes back. There is no real association with the foods I eat. Could this still be my gallbladder? Seeing the doc again tomorrow. Just curious.

Nausea with right upper quadrant pain is suggestive of gallbladder problem.
All the best to get well soon.

I had the same thing, with nausea and vomiting almost daily, and strange pain that would come and go at strange times, and then eventually the pain became constant. After they checked for all the obvious things...gallbladder problems, gallstones, kidney problems, etc. They determined that it was Fibromyalgia.

Could be gallbladder, but its generally more severe pain with gall bladder. Perhaps it could be Crohn's disease?
