I have 2 12 inch kicker cvr's with a 600 watt soundstream and a factory deck, do i need a capacitor to power it/will it enhance the sound.

if you are running short on power get a better alternator. if it ain't broke don't fix it

A capacitor won't enhance the sound, just supply the amp with extra juice when it hits peak power. I would say don't bother, but if you're running your system for hours without rest, then it probably wouldn't be a terrible idea.
