Sweet Italian Sausages with Peppers served over Pasta

Brown whole sausages in a skillet with a little olive oil over med heat.
Prepare your choice of pasta. Follow directions on the box.
when sausages are nice and brown remove from skillet, add a little more olive oil to pan, and then add chopped onion and bell peppers. Stir.
Add your choice of spices, I like garlic, basil, oregano.

Cut sausages into bite size pieces, if it is still pink in the middle, do not worry.!!
Add the sausages to the peppers and finish cooking together.
Option: Add a can of diced tomatoes at this point and let it cook together for about ten minutes.

In a large bowl add the pasta and sausage mix together and top with salt and pepper to taste along with plenty of Parmesan cheese.

Garlic bread and salad on the side!!

Enjoy!

Roast beef in the slow cooker. You can do chicken this way, also. Put cleaned, halved potatoes, sliced carrots, onions in the slow cooker and put the chicken on top of them. Use garlic or whatever seasoning you like best. Add a little water. Cook on low 8-10 hours. If you like your veggies less cooked, add them after 6-8 hours.

The roast beef is the easiest. Put onion powder and garlic powder all over roast. Put roast in slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve with salad. Use the cooking juices to make a gravy, or as a soup base.
