For the Christains
You say you are not sex slaves of God, but you are. For when the heavenly father is done with your marriage, you have to be like the angels. So he sexually uses you here on earth, or slaves you together to build his heavenly worship. Show me in the bible that the God does not breed you like animals, or show me why he breeds you like animals......USING THE WORD OF GOD.
For what ever other god there is what is your view on marriage in heaven?
thank you...this is not meant to be a troll question, your answers will help me understand your faith. Thank you again.
and for the Christians that say you just do not have sex, but you still love her...1Cor 7:29 says your marriage will be like you had none. like you traveled the earth and never new anyone. She will no longer be in your heart or your arms. Why is God like this? and do not twist the bible around please...

last ent wife: worldly woman, you do not have kids no matter how many you have. In heaven you will not know them. Your mother will be no more, your family will be no more....1 Cor 7:29 be as if you had none. You live this life as if you have kids but for real you are just breading a family for God.

what differance is there between go out and multiply and flouris the the earth....then breeding. God does not allow marriage in heaven, because as you say there is no need for it. As if I mate only to breed.....You make God sound like a devil. That is all and I am searching for a answer. If I can find one man or woman say to me I wish I could love my mate in heaven. But the Lord will alter us away from eachother and make us happy.

I hestitated to respond to your question after reading a number of the other responses from others who opinion I value; nevertheless, I will attempt to give to you a Biblical answer.
First of all, Jesus' earthly (half) brother James wrote to the Christians in the First Century, saying, "Now if any one of you lacks widsom, he should ask God, who gives to all genererously and without criticizing, and it will be given to him."
So if wisdom, and not debate, is what you truly seek, God is the source.
It is very true that God said to all mankind through Adam and Eve 'be fruitful and multiply', however, using the logic(?) which you present in your question, one would have to conclude that any sexual activity not explicitly for the purpose of procreation would be looked upon by God as sin - and that is not borne out in scripture. In fact the Apostle Paul, speaking about marriage, said this "do not deprive one another - except when you agree, for a time, to devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again; otherwise, satan may tempt you because of your lack of self-control." God gave this teaching because He knew how strong the sex drive was (since He gave it to us) and that God-imposed restraints, we WOULD act just like animals.
As far as your challenge to show you "USING THE WORD OF GOD" that God does not breed you like animals, or does not you like animals - that is very simple. I present to you the whole Word of God - from Genesis to Revelation in the Protestant Canon, along with many other books which many believe should be included under the moniker as 'the inspired word of God'. Not one of them have any reference to God breeding humans in any capacity or for any purpose.
While it is also true that there will be no marriage in heaven (see Matthew 22:23-33), your use of I Cor 7:29 is improper. It is not refering to marriage and heaven; it is refering to how much more important it will be to believers to spread the message of Jesus Christ as the last days of history approach. So I will ask you to have the intellectual integrity to not twist the Bible around as you have (hopefully inadvertently) done.
As for the absence of sex in heaven, the best explanation I have ever heard was this: (WARNING: THIS IS NOT FROM THE BIBLE AND I HONESTLY DO NOT REMEMBER THE SOURCE)
When we are 3 or 4 years old, the best possible thing in the world is candy. If someone tried to tell us about how amazing sex was, and described how it worked, we would not want it - we would want candy. However, as we grow and mature, we discover how much infinitly better and enjoyable sex is than just eating candy. In heaven, our relationships with each other - and more importantly with God - are going to be like comparing candy to sex when you have just discover how wonderful sex can be.
And in reality, it's going to be better than that!!!
Lastly, I am made righteous in Christ, whether you like it, or agree with it, or not!

I'm a Chrstian. There is a big difference between what the Bible says, what some Christians think it says, and what you think it says.
If you want to understand our faith, it would be a good idea not to insult us by calling us "sex slaves" and "breeding stock".
There is no comment anywhere in the Bible instructing us Christians to "breed like animals", and there is no evidence that God has given any such instruction. (other than of course 'be frutiful and multiply' in Genesis--but what do you expect Him to say with a planet to populate? It's a metaphor anyway).
Please bear in mind that the discouraging of birth control by the Roman Cathlolic church, and the discouraging of sexual expression by some fundamentalist groups is NOT in scripture. It is an invention, made by human hands. Just because a church or a religious leader orders or forbids something does NOT mean that God has done so. To imagine that you speak on behalf of God is incredibly prideful, and that is specifically forbidden in Scripture.
The Pope is only infallible in matters of faith, and birth control is not a matter of faith. People follow that rule out of obedience to the Church, which is sometimes a different thing from obedience to God.
I hope that I have answered your questions. Please email privately if you have any comments.

Your question is very difficult to make sense of. I spent at least 5 minutes trying to figure out what you mean. But you speak of Marriage and Procreation. So, I will try to answer that.
God created the earth because he wanted to make a really cool place. He made humans with the ability to procreate because he knew that would make the world a better place and the lives of the parents more satisfying.
I don't buy into the idea that God had a sinister plan to use Humans sexually so that they would make more babies, so that he would recieve more worship, so that he could have what??? MORE POWER. That would be laughable since he already has the powers to manipulate the COSMOS.
And as far as the Corintians Quote......."Why is God like what?"

How old are you? Why would God give you clear goals when you said yourself that "there's this rebellion that has been in me my entire life and keeps growing". You said that you are a loner and follow your own path, there is your answer. You haven't given yourself to God, He is not going to use you, if you don't want Him to. Maybe instead of being a minister you should just try to be a Christian. Sometimes that's hard enough. Even if you were to decide to become a man of God, that doesn't mean that your life will be peaceful and that you will have all of the good things of life. All of the disciples, except John, died horrible deaths. Their lives were not easy, why should yours be? You have to decide what you believe and what you are going to do with your life. Get yourself in College and take care of you right now. In the future God may call you, but you will have to be willing and able. Blessings!

In Genesis when He commanded Adam and Eve "to be fruitful and multiply" He wanted them to fill the earth. So then, the flood came and Noah and His family populated the earth again.
Now that the earth is populated, only those that want to have children will populate.
He tells us to be good stewards of this earth. We were put here to manage it. Would we be good managers if we over populate? If so, how does that make us good stewards?
BTW, why do you think He made it so that sex would feel good? Probably so we wouldn't mind populating the world.
As for 1 Cor. 7:29, I would recommend reading the entire passage. Paul is talking about doing the Lords work as though you are not married, or own stuff. God's work is most important and He is to always be put first in our lives.
Hope that helps!

God is sovereign and uses you and me how He pleases.
If you have a problem with that, you are in rebellion of God.
I am not a sex slave. I serve Christ because he has given me life. If you choose otherwise, it is you who must give an answer for all that you did in this body.
I do not twist the scriptures like you have done to confuse people.
God does not breed us, but He does desire Godly offspring.
This is similar to how a Grandmother or Grandfather desires grandchildren to lavish their love upon.
I hope this opens your eyes and the eyes of others.

You are taking one verse out of contest, so in this way you don't know what the Apostle Paul is trying to said, if you read the whole chapter 7,you'll find out that what Paul said is that if you are single, you can serve God better because you don't have to worry about your wife or sons while you are serving God,specially if you have to travel like many missioners do, some times you have to stop serving God because your family. you want to serve God but you don't have all the time because you need to spend time with your family so you have to make a decision:God or your family, some people can say:"I want to do this for God ,or go to another state and preach the gospel, but I can't because my Family cannot travel with me so I have to stay here with them." That's why Paul said "You have a wife?, act like if you don't have one."Paul said it is better if you don't get married if you are thinking about serve God full time, but if you want to get married it is Ok. you don't make any sin, however you have to deal with more problem when you try to serve God, some times your wife will complain about all the time you are spending in the works for God and not having enough time for the family. Just read the whole chapter & and you'll understand it better.

1 Cor 7: 32 "But I want you to be free from concern." One who is unmarried is concerned about the things of the Lord".
The idea presented through-out this chapter (in my opinion), is that in the human experience we are apt to have relationships with people, to own possessions and to have emotional attachments to family. In this we are being "human".
It is preferable to "seek only the Kingdom of God" or the spiritual world"....but in all reality it is a very difficult to accomplish this single minded goal while we are in the human form.
We partner with others and have children as part of our "natural instinct". The creator also gave us this natural ability to reproduce. Perhaps we do it for God....to continue to evolve our human race?
That which God has put together....let no man cast asunder. (I can't remember where in the Bible that is written). But somehow there is an implication that Pro-creation is part of God's original plan.
I hope you find your peace Greatseeker.

The experience of sex is merely a sample and symbol of what awaits us spiritually in Heaven. We were made for God so much that Heaven is defined as union with God (a personal and intimate spiritual relationship). "Eye has not seen, nor has ear heard what God has prepared for those who love Him".

You have the wrong concept of marriage. First let me make a correction to your interpretation of the above scripture. This verse is talking about those who are married yet act like they are not because they want to commit adultery and fornication. Please read the entire chapter before you misinterpret scripture.
God created marriage to be holy and between one man and one woman. Sex in marriage is twofold. It is for reproducing and it is for pleasure but only in marriage.
