those are usually limpomas (little balls of fat)
they ar harmless your doc can remove them if they bug you
its a local shot small slit 3 stiches $50 bucks deal

i have had 3 removed and still have several

ask a doc if your still concerned

define 'little hard balls" -- if you mean a lump -- something that would feel "hard' to you -- there's a chance that yes, it could be, you just can't know unless you see a doctor. or.... if they are ball-ish, and annoying, they might be cysts or fatty deposits that can show up in your thighs, upper inside leg near the groin, along your love-handle area, and possibly other areas as well. my hubby has the fatty deposit kind. the doctor says THEY are harmless. the weirdest lumps are the ones that show up on your head.... yea... your HEAD. very weird. they are normally smallish, soft to the touch, benign cysts that sometimes run in families.

but you REALLY should see a doctor if you are worried for real.

Cancer cannot be diagnosed unless a tissue sample is taken fron the lumps you have.
Dont worry ---see an MD ---I bet they are just harmless benign cyst if that!

No, this is called an ingrown hair. Very common and not a big deal.
