We are getting more advanced drivers licenses that will have to adhere to a code, but it has nothing to do with the antichrist, the rapture, the tribulation or any of that abiblical theology.

I haven't heard anything about it. If you hear something, and couldn't find a link, especially if it might make Bush look bad, then it doesn't exist.
