I must be doing something wrong because I have been using Acne cream twice a day, daily and these two pimples won't go away!

I wash my face before and apply the cream like it says.

Are you suppose to rub it in like lotion or like rub it a little but keep the cream showing?

Any suggestions? I use Clearsil by the way. I probably spelt it wrong.

I have been dealing with pimples for a long time. When I mean 2 pimples, they are big. But I have like 5 little ones. Once they go away, more come.

So don't tell me to grow up. I have girls always coming up to me to tell me to pop them and how I should get rid of them. But popping them can cause them to come back.

Vitamin E is good for the skin. You can take Vitamin E supplements and that will work on your skin from the inside out.
Another suggestion is weekly egg-yolk (which is rich in vitamin E) face masks. Apply raw egg yolk on your face and let it dry. Then wash it off with warm water. It's easiest to wash it off when you're in the shower.

Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.

In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.

Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.

In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.

If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

I believe you are supposed to rub it in, with maybe a little cream showing, just to make sure you don't irritate your face further by rubbing.

It maybe - and probably - just that that is not the right cream for you. Ya, I know they say it's magic, whatever, but sometimes for some people it just doesn't work. Try a couple similar creams. If several of those don't work, try giving your face a break, and see if it doesn't clear up in a week.

Don't touch your face, if you have hair in your face keep it clean. Wash your face daily, but don't scrub too hard. Don't eat a lot of junk food, try not to be really stressed a lot.
All of those things will help cut down on acne and breakouts. Although, the junk food thing might be a myth.

Oh, and if you have oily skin, you could try a face wash/cream for oily skin.

Ok, you might be able to get rid of the acne before then, it depends. I recommend you use Pro-active. It's not cheap, but it works really well (People say it's the best ance sollution). Now if you want your acne gone, MAKE SURE you wash your face in the morning and right before you go to bed. Remember, I suggest you use Pro-active, and DO NOT skip a morning or night wash.

I use these two ingredients Baking soda and water should do the trick. Baking soda has salt which will dehydrate the pimple or acne which is made of oil (pus white stuff when you pop it) and water. Use some of these products other than clearsil
Proactive is a good acne fighter dermatologist recommended and is sold everywhere now. Oxy pads word great but burn the hell of your face, but goes to show it's working.

I HOPE THIS HELPED AND GOOD LUCK

try clean n clear in a silver tube with purple cap. works like magic. also get some proactiv if this is a persisting problem and try switching up a lil. ur skin gets used to creams and washes and almost immune to them after a while so its a good idea to alternate so it doesnt get accustomed to one product. also if u wanna dry out the zits put a lil more on them overnight and let it absort, dont rub in. but make sure u dab a light moisturizer on ur face first, otherwise it wont heal properly

You have to use on the spot treatments such as the clean and clear spot treatment. You actually get a tingly sensation when you apply it directly to the pimple. Also you should accompany any acne treatment with internal treatment as well, Buy yourself vitamin E, the tablets, it's helpful for acne prone skin, it's also over the counter. .

Put a big dab of it on there, don't rub it in, then put a little piece of duct tape over it. Of course, you'll only be able to do this once a day, at night, but it should work within one night!

Some creams dont work as well for different people. I suggest using Benzaclin (prob spelled wrong), it really worked for me. And i say, just pop 'em.
