What is the definition of illegal?

Can you give a honest reply or will you just scream that no human can be illegal?

Does acting in an illegal manner make you a criminal, or not?

So, Julio, Pedro, or whoever you want to be this week, you are saying that illegal means criminal, right?

And you also believe that all criminals should not be killed but should be judged by the severity of their crime, right?

I actually agree with you.

I just need to ask, where is the justification for amnesty for criminals?

You know all the illegal criminals who have acted illegally by coming here?

Are you becoming an Anti?

Imagine, a pro agreeing that illegals are acting as criminals and should be judged as such.

Yes, maybe they do not need to be executed, (to steal the idea of violence from a serious Pro, Jose Angel Gutierrez, Professor—U of Texas, Arlington) "YET", however, I do agree with you they should be judged as criminals.

Thank you for making it plain that yes, illegals are criminals.

At least Illegal & Proud answered honestly and straight forward. He's right, too - illegal aliens should not get the death-penalty, they should simply be denied social services and deported when caught. A punishment that fits the crime.

Repeat offenders would be dealt with more severely.

Bogus Pocus: A human being cannot be illegal. Gag me. Certainly being human is not the question. DOING ILLEGAL things is the issue.
When we use the term Illegal Immigrants or alien or visitors or whatever ...we are refering to what they DO ...not to weather they themselves are illegal as humans.
This is a pro illegal ploy to change the subject.

When you as a person, perpetrate acts that break the law, violate the law, you become subject to that law as a possible perpetrator of an illegal act. You may be charged as such if caught but in fact, weather caught or not ...YOU are a person who did or does illegal activities under the law of the land you violate.
You are in fact a criminal and if the laws are enforced you can be within that law, punished in any number or ways.

I am not a "pro" but I will answer your question.

The definition of illegal is simply against the law. Anyone in this country illegally is a criminal. I personally don't understand what about that concept they don't get.

I've recently changed to Anti due to the troubling posts of some of the Pro's on here. But I will still defend those who are worthy of defending. While I don't agree with them crossing illegally I do understand economic reasons for doing so. I also recognize that they too need to fight with us for those changes to be made in THEIR country. Sanctions and ending NAFTA are 2 things that can make a huge difference for them and us.

I'm not a pro, but I will give you an honest answer and some advice.

Answer: Illegal means against the law.

My advice: Please don't waste your time testing those so called pros that are posting tonight. There are a lot of trolls. And the occasional half wit.

And some who fit both categories.
