I know a lot of people put creams down these days but the best thing you can use is Artistry's Eye Replenishing Cream. It works great for bags, in fact they should be gone within the first 24 hours. They have a one hundred percent money back guarentee so if it doesn't work they'll give you all of your money back. I'll give you the direct link to it so you can read all the information on it and even buy it if it sounds like what you are looking for.

Bags under the eye area are caused by poor circulation, and tiredness. Have you been getting enough sleep? If you have not, you will have large bags and also dark circle. Try to get more rest, and improve circulation by exercising.

Cold cucumber slices. Lay on your back and put a cold slice of cucumber on each eye. Do this for 10 minutes every morning and don't forget to get enough sleep at night. Best wishes.

Check out No Puffery from Origins. This is a gel you can put on then wipe off or leave on over night. Works pretty well. If you don't like it they will refund you.
