If I understand your question correctly, yes, anyone can be sued for "alienation of affection." The lawsuit would be against the "other man or woman" who is having the affair with the married person causing "alienation of affection" between the married person and their spouse. A lawsuit for alienation of affection can be filed regardless of how long someone's been married or how old someone is (excluding of course statutory rape). It's not a very common lawsuit, but it does happen. And of course the person bringing the lawsuit to court would have to provide solid proof that the affair took place. As for charges of adultery, that would come out in the divorce and may possibly affect the division of property/finances (depending on the laws of the area where you are).

As for your "additional details", I couldn't make out that part -- so not sure how to answer.

If you are referring to adultery, this link may give you some guidance. I suggest that you consult with an attorney.

Congratulations on writing one of the more incoherent sentences I have read on this site.

You really need to read (if you can) what that says and rewrite it. I don't think anyone will be able to understand what it is supposed to say.
