1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon minced or pressed garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Add shrimp and mix. Let stand at least 15 minutes, or cover and chill up to 2 hours. Grill for best flavor.

Shrimp is very delicate and is easily cooked by acidic marinade. I do not think it is a very good idea to marinade it at all.

If it's jumbo shrimp, then a tandoori marinade (commercial tandoori paste & yoghurt) is delicious for grilling.
