Nah you need the lesson. The muslims are still beheading people in Saudi for crimes, and they kill women for being rape (honor killings) Jordan even has this happen daily. These are killings in the name of faith. The Catholic church had a good reign in the old days, but nothing compared to Alexander the Great, or many others from Islam. Mohammad killed and beheaded many. Look at today Bill O'Reilly is referring to the now not the then, but even if he was it would never equal the deeds of Islam. America is lucky because all major faiths can live together with out the violence that the rest of the world experiences in their own back yard. 9-11 was not done by American Muslims-though many have been said to pay for terrorism through charities collected in mosque here in the states. Oh well we can always pray for peace.

I have absolutely no idea what that even means. If you mean Catholics have murdered more people than Muslims, how could you possibly prove something like that? Are you going to check the murder rate of every country with Catholics for the last 2000 years? If you mean that there have been more wars that you believe are unjustified and state-sponsored killings at the hands of Catholics than Muslims, again, how could you possibly prove something like that?

WHY would you try to stop the hate, don't you realize that this can only lead to good things in the end... LESS FUNDAMENTALISTS!!!!

We just have to hide out in our bunkers until the smoke clears.

I'd say if we asked those in jail for murder and rape what religion they are, we would find a pretty healthy percentage that would be Catholic. No other church in the world has as high a percentage of child molesters as clergy either.

There is a huge difference between radicals that believe they are doing the will of god and CHURCH sponsored and advocated torture/murder.

I'm just curious how many kind natured decent Muslims women and children will have to die before we can get ALL the "bad guys". I fear a genocide is in the works because we can't agree to disagree.

Disclaimer: I am not in any way stating that ALL Christians are "bad" and all Muslims are "good" or any such nonsense. Anyone who would make that type of judgement are obviously ignorant shallow people (wink wink, nudge nudge).

Why do people feel compelled to protect the muslim faith in this? And over Bill O'Reilly of all people!!!
Wake up and smell the coffee boy. The muslim extremists want you and your family slaughtered! Does that make a bigger difference to you? Or are you too opinionated to see past your own nose?
Please note that I choose to differentiate among Muslims and muslim/islamic extremists. So no worries about me being a religious bigot.

YOU need the lesson.

That four marks distinguish Christ's kingdom of heaven on earth. They are made known in the Creed—"I believe in the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church."

One in:

Faith
Belief
Worship
Government

Holy In:

Origin, Christ.
Objective, redemption.
Means, sacraments.
Sanctity of faithful.

Catholic :

Teaches all nations.
During all time.
All Christ taught.
Peoples of all nationalities obedient to one universal authority in faith and morals.

Apostolic :

Founded upon apostles.
Teaches what apostles Apostolic taught.
Continuous existence from time of the apostles.
"The enemies of the Church themselves die and disappear, but the Church itself lives on, and preaches the power of God to ever succeeding generations" (St. Augustine).

Peace Be With You

You need to worry less about the nonsense Bill O'Reilly says and pay more attention to the nonsense you are saying.

well i have read most peoples answers and the fact that Christianity has killed more than Muslims is a fact.. the reason i have said Christianity is because catholics Christians and orthodox should be put into the same category because people put Sunni and shites all muslims. anyway/.. Hitler killed millions upon millions and he was a catholic / jew half breed, Christians and Jews and catholics killed millions in ww1 ww2 Korea Vietnam and the gulf wars. The US media seems to paint Muslims as the commies of our time.. anything to boost military powers.. if the US had not meddled in middle east affairs since the 30's it would be different in mid east..

The Balkan Wars was about ethnic cleansing. killing hundred and thousand Muslims by orthodox Christians and same goes to the Russian caucuses and Afghanistan when Russia was wiping out millions of Muslims the world seems not to hear of.

read the bible it is more violent than the Koran.. ppl who argue this have not read the Koran but have heard of someone who has read both but seem to take here say over fact..

CHRISTIANITY IS A VIOLENT RELIGION

and for the be headings of violent criminals in muslim countries, the United states kill prisoners every day. look at texas the love killing prisoners..

dont look at other countries before you look at the crimes The United States does..

Maybe YOU need a history lesson.

Do some research, including just the murders committed by Muslims since 9/11. Sheesh - you just don't know what you're talking about.
