I have lost my owners manual and don't know how to set the time.

shut the radio off, 2 small buttons under the left knob, press h for hour, m for minute

Lucky for you that GM has an owner site that allows you to download a digital owners manual FREE !

You will need to create a log-in name & password for yourself but that will give you access to the manual (which will show you how to set the clock) & a lot of other information that could come in handy.
The digital owners manual is in pdf format so it easy to save it to your computer for future reference.

Turn the Radio ON
Push in on Tune Knob & release to show Clock Hold
Press Left or Right Buttons in to change Time
