if God created Adam & Eve, who created God? my mom says I asked this question when I was only four years old, though I asked who God's parents were really.

The Bible gives no information on the creation or life style of God - in literal terms. This could be because, if he does exist, our brains may not have the capacity of that knowledge. Remember that humans are only limited to what they have perceived in life. Maybe God never needed to be created. We can’t contemplate this because everything we have perceived has been created by something. Everything to us is a domino effect.
To answer this question would be pure speculation – no one has the answer to this question. You don’t need one either, (although I know stuff like this can eat at you.) Just try to remember as humans we are greatly limited in thinking ability.

A hard question for our human minds to ponder! God was not created-He always has been and always will be! There was never a beginning and never will be an end!

If you assume that everything has a cause or had to be made by something, that leads to an infinite number of things having been created (i.e. this created that and was created by this, and this was created by that, and that was made by this...). God has always been and He was the one who started everything. He was not caused or created by anything.

If God has a beginning He is not God. Therefore it impossible for God to have a beginning.

That's a very good question and I commend you for asking it.
It shows logical and analytical thinking on your part, and not a little bravery.

BTW, no human can possibly have a clue where God came from. :)

The first two answers are correct. Just to add to it, what difference does it make if there is something larger than God out there? We are held accountable to God, He created us, and that's all we need worry about.

God is Alpha and Omega - the beginning and the end. He just is and always has been.

Its funny that the first few answers all said the same thing. But good for you, you came up with the classic answer to the watchmaker arguement, at the age of 4. I'm impressed.
