how do I burn an iso file to disc if it's in segments?

I downloaded an ISO file from a torrent site, and I used winrar to unpack it, what program should I use to burn the ISO to disc?

Check this site and follow the instruction. I assume you have any Nero software installed in your Computer. If none, Download first a nero software.
