maybe they overextended themselves with too many prayer chains and forgot to pray for no tornados.

Wasn't this question already asked before? It got plenty of answers so I can't see the need to repeat it. Are you an atheists, so why would you even bother to ask about a church acquiring insurance for something that doesn't exist to you? Are you an insurance agent or something? If so why would a church buy insurance, covering acts of God from an atheist?

They tried to get their insurance companies to cover "Acts of Charles Darwin", But they told the churches to go to hell.

They have policies covering acts of science instead...earthquakes, hurricanes, and other stuff science can explain or predict.
