Not many really puzzle me, expect why god would do a physical action in the world (miracle) and not have any evidence or collaboration left of it. Examples of this, the sun stopping and moving backwards, there were numerous civilizations at the time and at least one of them would have noticed. Another example, the Star of Bethlehem, again it was in the sky for up to to 2 years heralding the birth of his son. Now, that should have been recorded by every civilization on the earth. The list goes on and on, including the very existence of his son, no first hand evidence with most if not all second hand evidence being about his followers.

Frankly I think most of the "religious questions" man has, he created himself, just to keep himself out of God's reach.

If the Book of Revelation is prophecy why did Satan revolt or continue to oppose God? Doesn't he know its foretold?
