If he has had anything to drink in the last 60 mins, he will have an accident.

You will need to keep him up until hes gone to the bathroom, it generally taks about an hour for liquid to cycle thru your system -

You can also tape a plastic garbage bag over his mattress, place a thin blanket over it and pray!

You could wake him up in the middle of the night and take him to the bathroom. You could also try putting towels beneath him so it does not soak into the bed. I liked the recommendation of laying out extra pjs and a sleeping bag. When my brother was that age or a little older he got put on a medicine called ddapv I think. It really helped him, you may talk to the doctor about trying it if he is not growing out of wetting the bed.

Don't give him anything to drink close to his bedtime. We never had a problem with our son, but as a precaution we put a clear plastic drop cloth under the sheets. Just go to Wal-mart to the painting supplies dept. and buy one. They are very inexpensive, about a dollar or so. It will protect his mattress.

Put a bunch of towels underneath his bedsheets.
Leave a sleeping bag and fresh pajamas beside his bed.
Tell him if he has an accident, that he can change himself and get into the sleeping bag. No need to wake you.
Then you can deal with any laundry in the morning.

Use a bath towel and fold it up to make a cloth diaper and pin it up, and use a trash bag underneath the top sheet for protection.

Plastic garbage bag under his sheets to protect the mattress and then add some extra blankets on top of sheets...it's so hard when little ones wet the bed and it's particularly hard on them. good luck.

He should not have to wear them unless he has a medical condition. Quit putting them on him and maybe he will quit wetting the bed. Try waking him up in the middle of the night.

Give him some water and maybe he won't be one of those fat kids.

You know that eating before bedtime puts on weight.
