I don't think its very productive to hate anyone. You can't change anyone but yourself and even the best parents will disappoint their children at some point. I think if you can talk to them and tell them what they did to upset you, then maybe you would understand them better. But just because people are parents doesn't mean that they are perfect and know exactly what they should be doing at all times. It is very hard being a parent and there is always a fear of your children being hurt or damaged by your mistakes. So maybe you should keep this in mind before you decide to hate them. You might be a parent some day so have some compassion.

No. Parents are not suppose to give the child whatever he/she wants . that is the only way a parent can disappoint a kid. Parents suppose to nurture a child into a good person. to use the word hate is strong. People have one thing to remember No matter how angry you get at your parents they are all you have in this world when your friend all turn their backs on you your parents will still be there to love you unconditionally!!

As a Christian, we should not, and will never hate our parents, because they are the reason why we are here, they are our biological parents and we should be thankful for that. But sometime there are parents that are too much already in dealing with their children, it is already a form of abuse. But still I would say, we don't have the right to hate them, maybe we just feel dissappointed or disgusted, but our love and respect will still be there. Hating is something rebellious in nature, which gives us the act of doing some harm with them if situation calls for.
Good luck and God Bless.

Your parent only disappointed you? Wow, you're tough. Good thing your parents haven't been disappointed in you. Tell your parent your disappointed in something they've done. Be nice and be understanding.
I personally don't like my parents, but I still love them and any disappointments I've had in them, they've probably had 2x as many in me.

Sometimes...But it kind of depends how they disappoint me. Like if I want to go out and they say I can't I don't HATE them. I just get annoyed that my day will be boring.

Humanly speaking I have reason to hate my "dad" who lately I've been thinking may be my stepdad, because it doesn't seem possible for a father to hate his son as much as this guy has hated me my whole life. I have hated him, but not anymore. Hate hurts you and does nothing to the person you hate except cause him to laugh about the effect he's had on you.

No! Cause you have good and bad times... I am 16 yrs old and I will tell you... My parents are sometimes really mad at me so we have fights I may say mom I hate you.. But think about it the lady who put you on earth... Can you really hate her... And in the Christian bible it says don't hate anyone! Hopefully that answered your question!
