He is 9. He kisses me it is not the normal hello goodbye on the cheek kiss he gets on top of me and kisses me on the lips and this is way more then just once. I really hate it when he does this. I tell his mom all he hears is Noah stop it and thats it. He also grabs my butt. I can't belive his parents let this go by. I yell at him and once I hit him not really hard but hard enough. What should I do I cant stand it no more.Also I am afraid he will try this with my friends he all ready kissed one.It's like my little cousin is a pervert. HELP ME PLEASE OH PLEASE!!!

This is completely inappropriate behavior for a nine year old; it sounds as if he may have either witnessed inappropriate behavior or been a victim of it. Tell your parents immediately!! Refuse to be alone with him and if your parents don't do anything tell a school counselor right away.
If he lives with you or you see him all the time it is very important that you tell someone right away. If you don't get any action keep telling...your teacher your principle, a grownup you trust such as a doctor you can even call the child abuse hot-line and report it. Remember only take these other measures if your parents refuse to act. Once you talk with your parents ask them what you should do and ask what they are going to do about it.
You have been touched inappropriately and you have the right to know so don't feel as if you have know right to ask. I'm sure your parents will help so be sure to try them first!!!

You need to get into the habit of slapping the crud out of the little pervert any time he invades your personal space.
You stay out of grabbing range... if he makes a grab, you grab his hands and hold them away from your body.
He is 9, so you should have enough strangth to twist them around his back in an arm hold and then shove him away.
If your parents tell you this little pervert is coming... tell them that that you will not tolerate being anywhere near that little pervert and ask them to call you at your friend's house to tell you he is gone.

He is seeing the example set somewhere. You need to find out who is setting this example. If you cannot get the parents to stop him, tell your parents and inform that you are thinking about telling your school counselor. This child needs help now. He sees nothing wrong with what he is doing and unless someone stops him he will get worse.

Whoa...try to tell some adult that cares, mom, dad, teacher, aunt uncle, pastor...cops...call DHR...and in the mean time kick him in the nuts and hey outta get the message...I've had cousins try to mess with me when I was young so I know it's not something you want to have to deal with on a daily basis......get help fast.....

u can do somthing that makes him mad and keep doing it until he cant take it anymore then u say i will stop if u stop jumping on me and my friends and kissing us on the lips and holding our butts.
trust me this works. i know i told my cousin to do that and her little brother stopped kissing her on the lips forever.
