without exercise based on your stats, I would guess you could get to 128 minimum (without having an eating disorder lol)

There generally is a myriad of solutions starting from a few simply do not care to scientific disorders to the truth that as ladies hit their core age years their metabolism routinely slows down anyhow whether or not they've a scientific challenge or no longer. I suppose whilst weight would possibly not come off effortless many ladies discover it discouraging sufficient that it then turns into simply as a lot of a mental challenge as might be a bodily one. I've in no way been a toothpick, correctly whilst I used to be in Jr. High I used to be regularly known as the fats lady for the reason that I had reached my grownup peak and weight of five'three and a hundred thirty lbs. For me that is natural and a few men do not like that and a few do and I'm ok with that. The ones that do not find it irresistible, that is their alternative. I'm healthful - I performed 3 sporting activities a 12 months till the age of 30 whilst I obtained married. I even have Hypothyroidism so I need to fairly be strict approximately my vitamin for the reason that I recognise if I placed extra weight on I may have an overly tough time taking it off once more.

You should not be asking how much weight could I lose, you need to set a goal and have a legitimate reason for losing weight. At age 14, I am concerned as to the reason you wish to lose weight. If it is for health purposes, then don't worry about the weight loss so much as changing your habits to gradually lose weight by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Eat right, exercise right and get out from in front of your computer. If you develop good habits now, they will last you a lifetime.

Read Body For Life! Best book ever for weight loss and health.
The method has worked for thousands of people everywhere across all ages!
Trains you to lose weight by eating 5 times a day!

As a personal trainer I highly recommend it. If you are not very experienced with working out I would hire a personal trainer... costly but well worth it. But your 15, should you really be losing lots of weight?

You need to eat veggies and fruits, mushrooms, fish....water. Jogging, swimming, Bicycle. For the how much weight part, no one can answer for sure. It depends on your body type and your genes. Some people loose weight quicker than others. Not to be bragging but I have a gene where I dont gain weight no matter what I eat or do. Im 100 pounds and have been for like 2 years. Good luck. Im sure you'll do great and remeber to eat!

You could probably lose about 10 pounds if you were really good! Just start doing workout DVDs like 3 times a week and limit your calorie intake to anywhere from 1200-1600 calories a day. Good luck!

You could hack off a leg and lose about 30 lbs. in a minute, though I doubt that would be a very smart option. If you want to drop a few lbs., try doing it the safe way. Exercise and a healthy diet beats starving yourself and becoming ill.

if you burn 250 calories a day by excersising, and cut 250 calories from your diet, you will lose 1 pound a week, which is a good amount. (so you would lose 5 pounds by New Years)
double the excerisise and calorie cut, and you will lose 10.
caloriecount.com tells you how many calories are in foods, and how many calories you burn in each activity.

try to have 5 meals of 200 to 400 calories, that keeps your metabolism up and keeps you from getting too hungry
hope i helped : )

Well, if you go on a low calorie diet ( no more than 900 Cals a day), you could lose maybe 25 pounds. You can eat anything you want as long as you dont go over your calorie limit. Not very healthy though.
