Since he will be preventing the insertion of new potentially christian souls into freshly conceived embryos, would that be considered wrong? That would mean he didn't want to create any more christians. Does that mean there is a finite number of christian souls that he wants to have around? The rapture would also snuff out the lives of those embryos who haven't had a chance to develop into good christians but who really want to become so. Would this be wrong?

Apparently 6000 years is a long time for god - well anyway long enough.

He can just *poof* everything out of existence and start again if he wants ...

I don't get it; why did he feel the need to create us?
I thought he'd be the sorta god who'd be complete without us
AND
No ... I can't be bothered speculating along such a stupid line of thought any longer.

If you read the entire new testemant there is no mention of rapture or anything like it. this theroy of rapture was promoted and further developed in the public eye in the mid to late 1800's and once again in the mid 70's to explain and as a reaction as to why god had failed to return at dates various men had said he would. The theroy implicates that god is waitng on man do do certian things like rebuild the temple etc to do his stuff. Teh text makes it clear that no man will know when god will return and that it is totally unknowable- sound like we can't influence it to me.

The scripture does say that those who belong to him will meet him in the air and then the dead shall rise.

but this seems to be the process and order of what will happen when finally jesus returns to claim his own.
Personally how jesus returns makes no differnece to me_ I am sure he is just and fair about it all.

He can comeb back driving a cadillac if he wants- he is god and how he returns will not change my relationship with him and does not affect or impact my salvation.

It is an issue that is foreign to the scriptures and has no bearing on faith and obediance to the creator and savior.
check out this ok explanation. I am amillineial - I don't think the 100 year reign is an accurate interpretaion and I think the scripture is clear that all end time matters are hidden from us check it out

What you quoted grew to become into no longer a contradiction. It grew to become into the start of a sparkling covenant. What Jesus grew to become into announcing grew to become into the beginnings of the information of that new covenant the place the regulation of Moses grew to become into no longer the only thank you to stay. It grew to become into in a feeling being replaced with the recent covenant of grace. THe regulation of Moses remains attainable to anybody who needs it, yet "the recent wine" is there in case you experience that is futile to objective to stay via 613 commandments. yet sticking to the main excellent question you asked; i'm particular because of the fact the ten u . s . kingdom isn't here yet, and the crowning glory of the reconstitution of Israel isn't fulfilled yet. until those issues ensue, there will be no longer fulfillment of the prophecies of the Antichrist. without an Antichrist, there will be no great Tribulation. without those issues, there wont be a rapture.

Good point. But God works in amazing ways. So, if the rapture is real then I'm sure God knows what he's doing.

I have heard the next year for the rapture is 2012. (love it when the year makes it through and we are all still here)

Since God is insane and in need of psychotherapy, your question is moot.
