without knowing the age of the puppy, there is no way to definitively say if it is a toy poodle or not. Toys and mini poodles look about the same but so do poodle mixes like a maltese poodle or a shnoodle (schnauzer and poodle) It definitely has poodle in it, and my best guess would be a mini poodle, which is larger than a toy.

It looks like there is Poodle in it. There may be something else mixed in, possibly Schnauzer. If it is still a puppy you will have to wait and see how big it gets to know whether or not it is a toy or miniature. If it is full grown then it is a toy.

It looks like a poodle, but with all the new hybrid breeds out there now, it is hard to tell if it is purebred or mixed
