First and foremost, it depends on how you see God. That will determine the type of relationship you have with Him/Her/It. I feel we all have unique talents. So how one person "serves" God may be different than how another serves. I serve by helping others.

Keeping His commandments and His word, and loving one another and telling the Gospel, the good news that Jesus loves us.
We get saved by the mercy and grace of God but we want to everything the way it honors our God.
