Save from what? If you mean disasters and death, well very difficult to explain. The same God (krishn to me) could not save Abhimanyu and Jatayu. And the same God (Ram to me) brought name and fame to Vibheeshan and Arjun. What can you make out of this?
Our job is to understand God and not expect physical miracles. When we understand God we know all. When we know all we are saved till eternity!
Ask me again, saved from what? I will not tell you any more!

Only thru Jesus Christ Atonement on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins, by accepting Him as our personal Lord and Savior.
