I suggest you talk to the teacher of the class and request that you be assigned to a different seat so that you can avoid the taint of homosexuality.

Smiles if you are bi and you both appear to like each other why not see what hes up to. he's making the moves knowing you are bi and what do you have to loose. You have had to had a sexual relationship with a guy and you know what you like and what he will like If hes gay or not it don't matter so go for it

if hes shy and quiet, then he might actually be trying to talk to u but u cant hear him, so u think hes staring. and maybe hes a goody goody and doesnt want to get in trouble for talking when the teacher can hear him...but if not, hes TOTALLY gay
