Honestly....stay home. Get a great hotel room and explore all the tourist traps that you would never see otherwise. Save the Italy money and take the trip at a later date.
On your honeymoon you are so wrapped up in each other you never really get around to exploring your surroundings....why pay a few thousand dollars for a area you will never really see?
When the time comes I would spend some time in Poland soaking up local culture. Spend a few days at the hostels and then travel to wherever she is from. Finish up in Italy for some romantic sunsets and view the amazing museums and historic architecture. Pick up some wicked Venetian Glass then head home. No reason why you must pick one. Perhaps plan for the Autumn season when it's not so hot.
We did the Alaskan cruise (I'm not beachy either) and it was great. A few days at sea to um, cuddle and then a few days actually in Alaska, then a few more days of cuddling. Because you were on a ship you didn't feel like you were missing out on a great experience because you were busy cuddling.

It really depends on the time of year you will be traveling. Also where do you live? Because you want to do something out of the ordinary right? My husband and I spent our honeymoon on the Oregon Coast. I would think that may be a good option for both of you. The weather is cooler and the beaches are the most beautiful I have seen. Believe me I live in San Diego and prefer Oregon Coast beaches any day!

Surprise her, is Italy hot this time of year? Or when is the wedding?
A cruise would be nice like to Alaska , not many beaches there. Paris is romantic city.
Just a few ideas, good luck and Congrats!

It depends on what you can afford, dont start your lives together seriously in debt....but if you can go overseas there are so many things to see and do in both countries, just do alot of your research beforehand....if not a cruise is fun with things you both would probably like...we took the Disney cruise and Disneyworld package, and had a blast!!
Just remember its the marriage thats important, not just the honeymoon!!!
Best of Luck to you both!!!

Go to India. You got mountains, beaches, deserts, forests everything there. Lots of options, plus a taste of culture and great food. Not necessarily hot weather in winters. Trust me, you will love it and she will love it too.

England is a great place. Perfect for both of you. New Castle has some nice beaches I think. If not try Venice Italy.
Where ever you go have a great time. :)
