"In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also."
(John 14:2–3)

my heart burns and longs for the second coming of Jesus Christ!

it will happen in two stages, first He comes to collect His church, privately.

then 7 years later, after anti-christ has taken control, Jesus Christ will descend from heaven, His feet will touch the mount of olives, and His bride (the church) will be with Him, millions of His saints will deliver His wrath to those who have rejected the gospel and salvation of Jesus Christ. then God's reign will be established on the earth in those days... just like nebachudnezzar's vision of the statue being shattered by the mountain of God.

No way, thats a false teaching started in 1830 by a sick woman named Margaret Macdonald. Two preachers jumped on it and spread it around the world.

And the so called "Air" in 1 Ths 4 is not sky, but breath of life Spritual body at the 7th trumpet 1 Cor 15:52.

God knew there would be false teachers that why HE said in Eze 13. that HE is AGAINST those who teach flyaway doctrine.

Eze 13:20 Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them FLY, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them FLY.

Don't hold your breath unless you have a nice blue dress to go with the blue lips you'll be sporting.

Nobody in the history of Christendom ever believed in the nonsense of a "rapture" until a failed Anglican clergyman named J. Nelson Darby made the whole concept up for his "Plymouth Brethren" group in the 1850's.

It's utter nonsense. It's balderdash. It's hooey!

The rapture is not biblical, but it is a lie made up by a protestant minister in the 1800's

While the idea of the rapture excites me I am also extremely curious to see the events of the Tribulation. I almost wish I could miss the rapture just to see the tribulation for myself...I know it sounds weird.

I think he is going to bring you to clean and paint the mansions.

When the time comes, I hope to be ready. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.

A radio announcer closed his broadcasts by saying, "Live every day as if it were your last--for someday, it will be."

Even so, come, Lord Jesus!

Nope!!! I had rather meet Him in the air and be forever with Him. I don't want to stay on the earth and sky that will be consumed with excess heat.

Why are we so wrapped up in the second coming when our fate will be sealed when we die? What difference will it make when Jesus comes? Most of us will probably be dead long before then, but, if not, even so, come Lord Jesus.
