your diet determines the rate that you will gain muscle. resistance training only stimulates the muscles and central nervous system. so you need to make sure you are consuming enough calories on a daily basis. muscles grow larger only when there is a caloric excess in the diet and progressive resistance is being used.

more isn't always better. getting quality reps with sufficient weight is more important. the bench technique for strength and mass are not the same and require different methods

to lift weights daily you would have to use less than 60% of your one repetition maximum. these kinds of light loads do not cause microtrauma to skeletal muscle or tax the central nervous system. conversely they will also not stimulate hypertrophy or increases in muscular strength or tendon and ligament tensile strength.

You should only work a muscle group every other day so you allow time for the tears in your muscles to heal, and therefore make them stronger. Every other day is the best. If you want, though, you can work other muscles on the day you aren't doing bench presses.

Also, give all your muscles a day of relaxation once a week. It feels better and allows for your muscles to heal and get stronger.

You're gonna get taller due to puberty. Don't worry about that. you'll be at least 5'11 when you're done. You're skinny enough as it is. don't spend your time building muscle. Boys your age should be worrying about girls. And I can personally say that muscles aren't a good thing to girls. Spend some time being lazy. And you should probably read before your muscle takes over your brain. (If your not a reader, start out with manga and if you are nervous about buying it because you don't like it or don't wanna be seen with it. just say its for someone. give it a chance. teach you some new words) Just make sure you're happy in the end, okay?

Every other day. Every time you work out you're tearing down the muscle. They need some time to heal and grow. It's a process. Kinda vague, but hope it helps. :)
