The best fix I can think of is, is just to pop them, it may bleed a little, then maybe not. If the blister is white, no bleeding, but if the blister is red, then get the bandaid ready when you pop it.

I know this for sure works because I have played softball for years and now I am a college softball player and I have dealed with blisters a million times! First pop the blister, then get some pure dill pickle juice. Make sure it doesnt have any sugar added or anything just straight dill pickle juice. Then soak your blister in their, but make sure it is popped! I guarantee you it is worth it! It might not smell the greatest but it will dry the blister up in no time! You will be ready to pitch again tomorrow!

They'll need time to heal no matter what.

When I worked at a horse farm, I got some very nasty blisters from digging out the stalls. What I did was pour peroxide over the blisters, then kept them very clean until they healed.

You might want to try wrapping your hands with a bandage, depending on where the blisters are.
