Who is the primary stock holder in Hershey Foods? Answer - The Milton Hershey School... If you boycott Hershey Foods, you are indirectly boycotting orphans... Get real... Even if they did move all of it s operations to Mexico and China, it s profit goes to the Milton Hershey School. BTW, they still have operations in America and even in Hershey, PA. I should know - I went back for my 37th Homecoming...

They let 1,300 employees go, and then moved a portion of their Hershey operation to Mexico. Go figure. I read this last week in the news. I'm not buying Hershey now, lookout Ghiradeli here I come.

It's just that - a rumor. Hershey is still Chocolatetown, USA and the smell of chocolate permeates the air in Hershey. You can still viisit the factory and taste test, too.

They still produce here in the States but yes they also produce out side of the State, and Mexico is one of the places. Closer to the source of the cocoa so it is cheaper to produce.

i didnt know that. but if they really did then thats a disgrace because it wouldnt be an authentic herseys chocolate going in your mouth anymore if it isnt made in hershey. but at the same time whose to blame i mean they're a huge corporation and all big corps need to expand.

i remember when i was a little kid my mom would boil milk and get a couple hershey bars and melt it in the milk during the winters. that was a delight.
