It is all the way around my upper chest. under my arms and in my upper back.
If I can make myself burp it feels a little better. but, this has been happening off and on for months now.
I get some relief from antacids but I am not suppose to take them with the other meds I am on.
Does anyone know what this could be?
Please help...

mix a little vin ager with water an drink see if that works

If it's not regular heartburn, it could be pleurisy. Probably nothing serious, but you should see your doctor.

I'd say go to the ER, but hey, you're typing so it can't be THAT bad...I'd say gallbladder. Go to the doc, will ya?
