Sweeie, you dont want her chewing on anything that will shred!
Many people will use a water bottle because the crunching is so statisfying to the dog, if if it shreds, then the shards can be swallowed causing health problems. The same is true for any toy that shreds.

I am using Kongs, which will not shred and will keep them very happy for long times. I do it with and without treats inside.

I will use queeky toys but only when I can keep a close eye on them and the moment it starts to come apart or is ripped, it gets taken away.

I included a link to the company below but you should be able to find them in any Petco or Petsmart!

Remember that chewing is also frustration energy at her age, and will diminish if you increase her walks!

If she is shredding it then No it's not good. She needs something she can't shred. Plastic shards can be sharp and if she swallows them she can choke or have intestine problems. My friends had a Jack Russel who ate her food bowl then a few days later she was trying to pass the plastic and she was crying and howling because it wouldn't come out. They had to take her to the vet so he could dig the plastic out of her butt. It was ridiculously expensive.

If she shreds it, then she could possibly choke on one of the pieces. Get her a different toy, try a kong with treats or PB in it, what dog doesn't love those?!

Oh thats not a problem. One of my dogs, which is a dachshund prefers playing with any plastic bottle over a toy any day. Its actually funny. She even has a way of playing with it first she has to rip off the label and then she'll shed it. My dog trainner has even told me that theres no problem this is.

It's fine for her to play with, but not if she shreds them up. She could swallow a piece and get it lodged in her throat. Not to mention plastic shards get pretty sharp.
