This is what a counselor told me when I was having "issues":

When you have an orgasm it is a physical release as well as an emotional release. Sometimes the "emotions on top" or right at the surface will come out at this time. Some people cry everytime, some people get angry etc.

Just be patient with yourself and understanding the situation will sometimes make it easier to deal with...

Good Luck!

This is really interesting but it just seems like it's your mind playing tricks on you. No one has ever experience dejavu. Clearly, it's impossible. When it happens it just makes you feel odd because it's not suppose to be happening. You get me? The holding someone hand is probably because you want to be sure it's you, like coming back to reality. When having a panic attack it makes you feel detachment from yourself, It makes you feel odd and "not yourself" like another you and every time you have a panic attack you get that "dejavu" feeling. Also keep in mind, you don't have to be literally panicking to have a panic attack. It's just feeling you get, in this case. A "dejavu" feeling. I thought the same, and I wad having a cycle of it. So I thought it was dejavu, or I had amnesia because I could of sworn I've done and this is before. Your find is tricking you, like it did me. Let me know if I helped of answered any questions. :) xoxo

There's no space here to go into a pysco-analytical answer but its in your own subconscious where the answer lies.

For one reason or another you "fear" pleasure or intimacy or 'letting go'.
You may have issues with sex, the majority of people do.

You may have an innate need to keep a lid on things and be in control, and not relax into freeing the mind and body.

If you go to a doctor you will either
(1) Be told not to worry,it'll pass
or,
(2)if you push it with the doctor may get some type of anti-anxiety or anidepressant medication.Which for a case like this you dont want.

The gift of knowing yourself is the best gift you can give yourself.
Attend a pyscoanalyst, know yourself, resolve your internal conflicts.
Everybody should but few do.
