It means thank you. You know the type of relationship you have with this girl, and the reason why you sent the flowers. You should also know what relationships she has with other guys IE married, boyfriend. Beside what did you really expect to happen? Life is not like the movies, it is what we make it. Never give what you are not willing to lose, but don't hide from life either. So sit back and relax. If she is young the flowers meaning may be lost on her, or has a guy, but if she likes you then it will be okay.

Well hes right it means she got the flowers but uh now I don't know you or her but if you like her and thats why you sent her the flowers then if she liked you then I would think that she would be a little bit more expressive or excited. Unless shes not that type of girl. But personally I think thats really sweet and if it were me I would express my thanks more fully. Well I hope everything works out for you. =)

Unfortunately it's a pretty bland response. She's letting you know she got them and she appreciates them. Most women (not all but most) tend to gush when they get flowers from a guy they like or are dating.

You can look at it two ways. She loved the flowers you sent her or she liked them but don't think much of you to actually call you to say she loved them. My guess is the latter.

That depends on the girl. Some girls are a little over-the-top, and would text something like "omg thanks sooooo much!!!!" if she likes you. Other girls are more down to earth, and even if they like you, they might say just a simple thank you. It just depends on how she usually acts/texts. If it's not out of character for her, I say don't read too much into it, she's just saying thanks. :) Good luck!
