It kind of depends on the shades of blue and brown, but off white would go well and orange or green accents. If the blue is light and the brown is darker, I would stick with cantaloupe shades of orange (only as an accent) and a few plants to incorporate the green.

My living room is chocolate, light blue and cream - I have red accents in the pillows and some pottery and it looks great. Blue and brown look great with a red with blue undertones.

Brown is considered a neutral so any color will go with it. Just work out your color wheel and accessorize around it. Use an area rug even if you have carpet to pick up the colors you choose.
