it can be 3 things:
Lie Bumps, which usually occurs if you ate sumthing sharp or bit or scrapped your teeth againist the tongue

An allergic reaction to food

or an STD (u can think of the possible ones) but I doubt you have that...

Just put ice on it to numb the pain and it should go away but if it doesn't go to the doc cuz it could mean that you have another serious condition...(don't mean to scare ya)

Could be a viral infection that left untreated should go away by themselves. Try eating yogurt or drinking dairy products to ease the pain. Do not eat hot or spicy foods as they will irritate your condition.

If they are bigger than a ball bearing, that could be either a kanker sore or a cold sore. They are bit painful.

Maybe its from eating to much salty foods...my mom use to tell me they were lie bumps when i was little

but hopefully there NOT herpes

Are they white?

If so, they sound like ulcers or fever blisters. Nothing to worry about...usually caused by stress and vitamin C deficiency.

haha, yeah, they're canker sores. they can be from biting your toungue (while eating maybe) or in your sleep like above.
