Pretty much any natural carb at this time, complex or simple. After a workout the body is trying to restore its glycogen stores in the muscles and liver and these carbs will not be stored as bodyfat (assuming the exercise performed was indeed intense enough). You should also consume a fast uptake protein such as whey or soy isolate. Do not consume fats as these will slow the uptake process of the carbs and proteins.

As with any other time of the day, you'll always be better off consuming naturally occuring, whole carb sources rather than process carbs. Fruit is always an excellent choice, same with rice (brown or white). I'd stay away from the taco as its processed.

Any type of complex carb, brown rice, whole wheat bread, legumes, an apple, berries, etc. Some lean protein should also be eaten. The legumes would take care of that or have an egg or two, a glass of skim milk.
