ok i have my ps3 running online via ethernet cable 2 rooms away to my computer room where my cable box is, to get my modem to read my ps3 connection i have to pull the power plug and plug it bask in to get a connection.......what can i do to make both computer and ps3 able to be online at once and make it easier to just turn on my ps3 and be able to log in without the powering down my modem.......wireless router? thanks for the help

You can just buy a wifi link that plugs into your computer easily and is much cheaper than wireless router. It's like $27 and it's great!!!

Get a wireless router and you can easily connect to the Playstation Network wirelessly through it's built in wifi. I would suggest a linkskys wireless G router.

You can do as the answerer above said - via the wi-fi or you can simply buy wired router and connect via RJ-45 Ethernet cable. Imho, wired connection is better, because it's more stable.
