The skill is in knowing what your gf wants. Talk while doin' the deed. Ask her how she wants it. Communication is the key. And.....make damn sure she has a better time than you do.

The 'humping' motion and foreplay isn't all there is to sex. However they are good places to start. Foreplay... do you actually take the time to get HER ready? Do you tease all of her pleasure spots and have a little variety about how you do that? 'Humping'... do you vary the speed, the depth? Tease her a little with it? The other stuff... do you use your fingers to stimulate her while 'humping' her? Kiss her body? Do you explore new positions and different acts?

I know I am a guy, but let me help you out. When a woman tells a guy that he is good in bed, it means that he can make her orgasm. Women want sex to be as good for them as it is for you. good at kissing, good at forplay...as for humpin, well i hate when a guy starts that part and its like he forgets ur there, like its is turn for fun cos foreplay was ur part, it doesnt feel good, so during humpin maybe kiss her every one in a while, and go slow at the start too - its not great if u go real fast and hard the minute u start.
