Not going to happen.
.mat files are obscure files that are created by specific programs and are only usable by that program.
There are literally hundreds of these obscure formats that have been created by different compaies that were in hope of making them ( the format's that is) the industry standard in all area's of Video, Audio, and Data,
I suggest you do just a little research you will find that Adobe is the Industry Standard in Photo Editing and Design Software, that offers over 15 different formats that the other softwares simply do not.
